Michele is highly recommended. I had reached a crossroads in my business career, and had become bogged down in negativity, which was stopping me making the progress I wanted to make. Michele was able to help break down my negativity and find the answers from within. This has made a huge difference to me in a short space of time, and given me an inner belief that I can make the changes I need to and face the future with confidence and not fear.

I’ve worked with many coaches, therapists and analysts of various backgrounds over many years and am not easily impressed. I can say wholeheartedly that Michele is quite simply one of the very best I’ve come across.

I’m not sure how Michele does it or what her trick is but every session in the four months that we worked together was monumental for me.  She is wonderfully skilled at subtly leading you to exactly where you to need to be for your own insights to come... and they did come in leaps and bounds.  I was blown away by the progress I made in such a short time and, added to that, we had fun along the way.   I feel privileged to have worked with Michele and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Michele has been coaching me for the last few months, and she's made a big impact on my life. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I first started; I didn't know if she was going to tell me things I should or shouldn't be doing, like others had before. She let me speak. She let me figure out what was working for me and what wasn't. 

What I liked was Michele never gave her own opinions, she simply asked me questions which led to me working out answers to the questions. This is something I couldn't do by myself. Coaching in my opinion isn't about someone instructing you, they merely allow you to open doors and for you to choose which door to go through. 

My biggest problem was I wasn't focused; I was rushing from place to place, being swept by a whirlwind of stress. It sounds so simply now, but I never really made any choices. I just got dragged through life. Michele made me see that I have a choice. I always had, whether I realised I did or not. 

Of course, things take time, and although I am now so much more aware of what I am doing on a day to day basis, I've still got much more to focus on, and become aware of. Right now, I'm on the right course for a more focused and relaxed future.

The time I spent working with Michele was transformative. I began our session believing that life and work were merely destined (or doomed!) to be a certain way… from the first instance with Michele I learned that the items I had previously found so oppressive and impeding were either figments of my imagination or items that where completely benign!
