I'm a Certified Therapist, Life Coach, International Speaker & Author of 'Look Inside: Stop Seeking Start Living'.  My unique coaching methodology combines aspects of coaching, deep mindset work and life design, drawn from spending over 20 years working in the psychological field.  I coach professional clients internationally to become better decision-makers and action takers without the stress, overwhelm, anxiety and burnout, leading them to create what they want in their professional life whilst becoming more fulfilled in their personal life.

Previously a qualified Therapist, I’ve successfully coached a broad spectrum of professional clients from all over the UK, Gibraltar, Canada, Iceland, Nigeria, Israel, Spain, New York, Los Angeles, Dubai and Qatar. 

My uniqueness lies in having built my expertise working within the mental health sector for 10 years, before further qualifying as a life coach; and this sets me apart from many other coaches.  I specialise in working with clients mindset, especially those who are overthinking, stressed, anxious and overwhelmed.  Our life coaching sessions impact their energy and performance levels, leading to better time management, concentration, focus and inner peace.
